Angel Food Ministries
Tyler Metro Church partners with other churches
in the surrounding communities to
offer the Angel Food Program.
Boxes of food valued at $60 can
be purchased for $30, as well as other food
specials each month.
Angel Food is open to everyone and there is
no obligation or minimum amount.
INSTRUCTIONS: Please return your completed Angel Food Order Form along with payment to
Tyler Metro Church Adult Worship Center- Upstairs Offices (until the final order week)
or visit AngelFoodMinistries.com to place your order online.
HOURS: Monday - Thursday 10 AM to 3 PM THE OFFICE IS CLOSED ON FRIDAY!
If you have difficulty with stairs, orders are taken in the Foyer downstairs
the last week prior to the deadline.
Phone, fax, e-mail, mail or late orders will not be accepted.
On Site Payment Methods: *Lonestar (EBT), Cash, Check, Money Orders (Payable to Tyler Metro Church)
On Line Payment Methods: Credit or Debit Cards Accepted @ www.angelfoodministries.com
No refunds or credits will be issued for unclaimed food. All sales are final.
Your paid receipt is required for food pick-up.
